The Outlook Neighborhood

The Outlook neighborhood is a covenant-controlled community that is located north of the intersection of 120th Avenue and Chambers Road in Commerce City. The neighborhood is comprised of (1) 361 single family homes constructed between 2005 and 2018, (2) 114 condominiums and (3) commercial properties on the north side of 120th Avenue between Chambers Road and Jasper St. The home builders for this neighborhood were John Laing Homes, Capital Pacific Homes and LOKAL Homes.

The neighborhood is bordered on the south side by a 7.5 acre park, is less than 2 miles from a King Soopers superstore and a Walgreens, and is approximately 1 mile from the Buffalo Run golf course. In addition, the neighborhood is approximately a 30-minute drive away from the Denver International Airport.

The Laredo Metropolitan District

The Laredo Metropolitan District (the District) is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's boundaries wholly encompass the Village subdivision (aka Outlook neighborhood) and the District's board of directors are elected solely by Colorado registered voters living and/or owning property within the Outlook neighborhood. The District collects property taxes to repay the debt that was incurred several years ago to finance the installation of the roads, utility lines and other public infrastructure within the neighborhood.
