The Outlook Association owns and maintains approximately 16.4 acres of open space land situated throughout the Outlook neighborhood. In addition, the Association is responsible for maintaining the "right-of-way" landscaping bordering the south side of E 121st Avenue, the west side of Jasper Street, the west side of Laredo Street, east side of Chambers Road and the landscaping within the roundabout at E 121st Avenue and Jasper Street.
The Association also owns and is responsible for maintaining the two storm water detention areas (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) located in the middle of the Outlook Park and at the corner of E 121st Avenue and Laredo Street.
